Become a Health & Wellness Coach

Knowing what supports better health is one thing. Turning that knowledge into lasting change is another.

Health and wellness coaching helps individuals bridge that gap. Through a collaborative, person-centered process, coaches help clients explore what matters most to them, identify meaningful goals, build confidence, overcome barriers, and create sustainable changes in their health and well-being.
At CCIM, our approach goes beyond coaching techniques alone. The program integrates evidence-informed coaching with a whole-person perspective, recognizing the interconnected roles of lifestyle, behavior, mind-body health, relationships, environment, and personal well-being.

The Role of a Health & Wellness Coach

A health and wellness coach partners with individuals to help them create meaningful and sustainable changes in their health and well-being. Through a collaborative, person-centered approach, coaches help clients clarify their values and priorities, define meaningful goals, strengthen motivation and confidence, navigate barriers, and develop practical strategies that support lasting lifestyle and behavior change.
